Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients:

8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on for best flavor)
3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Season the Chicken:
Rub the marinade all over the chicken thighs.
Place them skin-side up in a greased baking dish.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp should reach 75°C / 165°F).
For extra crispy skin, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve with rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.
